Our team had the privilege of visiting Grait International School at Sango-Ota at Ado-Odo Ota LGA of Ogun State to speak with teenage girls about menstrual hygiene. We discussed the importance of understanding their bodies, breaking myths, and practicing proper hygiene. It was an inspiring session filled with curiosity, questions, and empowerment.
By promoting open conversations and providing accurate information, we aim to build confidence and ensure that no girl feels ashamed or uninformed about her natural cycle.
