The Africa Youth Negotiators Fellowship (AYNF) empowers young African climate leaders (ages 15–35) with negotiation skills, UNFCCC knowledge, and policy training to elevate their voices in international climate governance. The hybrid program includes an intensive in-person training in Ghana and three weeks of virtual mentorship to prepare fellows for COP30 and beyond.
