About the International Power-to-X Hub

The International Power-to-X Hub promotes renewable Power-to-X to reach climate goals and full defossilisation. The PtX Hub acts as a centre of expertise and collaboration for innovative and sustainable green hydrogen and Power-to-X value chains.

Job Description

As part of the policy team, you will be responsible for the following tasks during the internship:

- Independently research and analyse topics related to green hydrogen and PtX
- Contribute to the successful delivery and implementation of projects
- Support the team in creating presentations, flyers, and knowledge products
- Contribute to the training material of the PtX Hub
- Support team members in administrative and coordinative tasks

Your Profile

- Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor) in a relevant field
- Basic technical understanding and interest in synthetic fuels and feedstocks and renewable energy
- Interest in international (development) cooperation and policy development
- Working fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent written communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a structured manner

The Uproot Project Fellowship offers funding to seven journalists to pursue reporting projects over the course of a year. Fellows will receive up to $2,000 to cover travel and other reporting expenses and will also receive support from Uproot to place their stories with a media outlet, if requested. Fellows’ projects should focus on stories related to one of four categories: (1) environmental justice, (2) climate solutions, (3) water, food, & culture, and (4) science.
